About the Role

As a pioneering educational institution, Celebree School of Elkridge is committed to revolutionizing learning experiences for young people. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Digital Learning Innovation to spearhead our new alternative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and launch a strategic ICT-led education model that fosters innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Headteacher to recruit talented tutors who share our vision.
  • Design bespoke curricula that cater to individual needs, leveraging online and face-to-face teaching approaches.
  • Promote partnerships with Local Authorities to create high-quality provision, potentially extending to external organizations.
  • Lead the development of the ICT SEND curriculum, ensuring seamless integration across the group.
  • Serve as a Lead Practitioner, offering guidance and support to ICT Teachers across our schools.
  • Work closely with Headteachers to elevate the Quality of Education in all our institutions.
  • Support students accessing alternative education by designing personalized timetables.
  • Foster comprehensive safeguarding and personal development plans in collaboration with specialist advisors.
About You

We're looking for an expert in ICT curriculum development, experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Qualified teachers holding QTS or QTLS will be highly valued. If you're passionate about developing innovative solutions and have extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices, we'd love to hear from you.

  • An estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
