Job Overview:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children. Our Little Pioneers nurseries aim to provide flexible and part-time working arrangements between 7am - 6.30pm with options for 2-4 day working weeks. This allows you to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact on our clients' development.

Job Description:
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children. Additionally, you will collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, 60% off childcare fees (£7000 saving per year), wellness resources and tools, and up to 3 days volunteering time within working hours. Furthermore, progression opportunities within the nursery and beyond are available, including roles like nursery manager.
