LeMieux is seeking a highly skilled Product Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Head Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and safety of our products, particularly toys and children's wear, while also working closely with our Buying and Quality teams to achieve excellence in Product Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and interpret relevant regulations and standards for all product areas, with particular attention to toys and children's wear.
- Keep abreast of changes in compliance regulations and update internal policies and stakeholders accordingly.
- Coordinate product testing with third-party laboratories.
- Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with international and national markets, including Amazon marketplace.
- Develop and maintain a database of compliance documents for all products.
- Proven background in Product Compliance with a thorough understanding of toy and children's wear regulations.
- Previous experience with international compliance standards and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of product safety standards and regulatory requirements and local/international compliance laws.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across several brand functions.
- Self-starting with ability to use own initiative as well as working collaboratively across multiple business functions.
