SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking an ambitious and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at an incredible primary school in Redbridge. The school caters for students with ASC and associated complex and profound conditions, such as speech and language needs, physical disabilities, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEND in a nurturing and positive environment
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with challenging behaviors
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEND is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to be flexible and resilient
