Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide focused 1:1 support to students with additional needs, working closely with our teaching staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support to students with special educational needs, developing tailored learning plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational programs, adapting materials and resources as needed.
  • Support students with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a Primary School setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and SEN policies.
  • Full-time availability, with flexibility to work across different year groups and classes.
  • Ability to provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
