Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality intensive care to patients and their families
  • Coordinating the unit in the absence of the ward manager
  • Facilitating pre- and post-registration students
  • Education and support of junior staff members
  • Assisting junior staff in making personal developmental plans

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Updated mandatory training
  • Mentorship course
  • Post-registration Critical Care course
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
