Faculty Librarian

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Faculty Librarian to join our team at the University of South Wales. As a Faculty Librarian, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students and staff in the subject areas of Sport and Chiropractic.

• Design and deliver information literacy skills teaching to students and staff
• Manage and promote learning resources in all formats
• Provide high-quality information and advice services through virtual and face-to-face appointments
• Liaise with academic staff, students, and researchers to understand their information needs

We are looking for a librarian with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong understanding of the needs of library users, and an interest in technological developments in libraries. You will have either a qualification in a library or information science discipline or equivalent experience in an academic library or information service.
