Strategic Commercial Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our award-winning client, a leading manufacturer of Ground Source Heat Pumps.
The Role
As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling projects and partnerships at a strategic level with various clients in the region. You will ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety, programme, budgeted expense, quality, and contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Operations team and manage resources accordingly on a project, group of projects, and portfolio basis.
- Input to business strategy and develop plans for resource and structure of the department in line with expected growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management.
- Contract Negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Financial Oversight and Control.
- Budget Management.
- Training and Support.
- Reporting and Analysis.
Requirements
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all contracts align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Package:
- Competitive salary £65,000 - £70,000 plus bonus, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Holiday - 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) for 5+ years' service.

- Pension - Automatic enrolment into the company pension scheme.
