Fleet Aftermarket Support Manager

Location: Dunton, ESS, GB

Permanent/40 hours weekly

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for building relationships and enhancing customer service. As a key member of the fleet aftermarket team, you will be responsible for supporting fleet sales in delivering speedy resolutions to aftermarket concerns and systemic issues raised by fleet customers.

  • Support fleet sales in resolving aftermarket concerns and issues.
  • Raise Emerging Concerns - Voice of Customer and insight driving QSF metrics as necessary through established channels.
  • Support fleet sales with aftermarket tender input as required.
  • Promote the use of the Ford Liive Centre by fleets for all single VIN cases.
  • Support Sales Business Managers with aligned fleets.
  • Support assigned service growth fleets to achieve their service growth objectives.
  • Support assigned IHW fleets to ensure their continuous and smooth operation with managing IHW.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities for parts sales growth and Authorised Repairer service growth.
  • Work under pressure to manage key deliverables against hard deadlines.
  • Ford product, technical and warranty knowledge an advantage.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • A current and valid full driving license is essential.

Working pattern and location:

  • Full time (Monday – Friday)
  • Based within commuting distance to Ford Dunton, Basildon, Essex
  • Hybrid working with Minimum 2 Days in office
  • Some travel within UK may be required including overnight (Fully Expensed).
