We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Senior Supervisor/ Junior Contracts Manager based in the Oxford/ Swindon area.
Day to Day:
The work will involve manage the day to day operations of a responsive repairs contract for the MOD. Managing engineers out on the field, reviewing delivery of service. Health & safety, quality checks.
Our client is keen to give someone who is looking for a step up from a supervisor's role to contract manager.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Experience of managing a repairs service, ideally in domestic housing maintenance
Understanding around plumbing, heating and gas is beneficial
Contract management experience, understanding
Excellent health & safety experience
People management experience
