Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at Moxy Aberdeen Airport. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer internal and external calls, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain effective communication with the hotel team.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a good understanding of hotel facilities and services, including knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in the service industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel systems, such as Opera and/or Micros, and knowledge of food safety and licensing laws.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
