Senior Construction Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NEC 4 Supervisor to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a specialist in NEC contract management, you will play a key role in delivering complex construction projects.



About the Role:




  • Develop a full understanding of the works information and access the project common data environment to obtain construction details.
  • Monitor site activity through regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the works information.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, conditions, and resources.
  • Complete a detailed weekly site report, coordinating input from other team members.
  • Obtain, review, and monitor compliance with quality procedures, including inspection and test plans.
  • Identify, record, and notify defects using our defects management tool.
  • Manage the samples and benchmarks process, including review and approval of samples and benchmarks.
  • Witness testing and commissioning activity.
  • Coordinate technical advisor input into site inspections, sample and benchmark reviews, and defect resolution.


Requirements:




  • A relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant construction experience and a good understanding of construction methods.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and deliver to agreed quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a large project team and confidently use digital systems to access project information.
  • A good working knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) is beneficial.
  • NEC Supervisor or NEC Project Manager Accreditation.
