Job Title: Global Transformation Lead

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transformation initiatives. As a Global Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for delivering complex business change programmes across multiple regions.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with senior executives to originate and manage change initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to foster open communication.
  • Develop and drive programme delivery models in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Ensure solution design quality by managing all stakeholders through a design-led change approach.
  • Manage and coordinate delivery, handling changes as they arise, while keeping stakeholders focused on agreed change outcomes and benefits.
  • Oversee risk, issue, and dependency tracking, assessing impact on the change strategy and taking action to minimise impact.
  • Drive the delivery of highly complex business-critical change efforts in accordance with industry best practices and methodologies.
  • Establish a culture of high performance and achievement, removing barriers to successful change.
  • Manage, measure, and track change projects to ensure agreed costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively monitor areas of concern and risks within the team and provide recommendations to mitigate them to ensure SLAs of delivery are met.
  • Evaluate adherence to Group standard governance and use defined standards, frameworks, and tools.
  • Act as a Line Manager to Transformation colleagues and be experienced in 3rd party management.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to develop business cases, including investments, detailed benefits, and links to overall finances of the business.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding relationship management and influencing skills – up to Board level.
  • The ability to recognise structural issues within the organisation, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
  • The ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions.
  • Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including contextualising data into business activities and conclusions.
  • Proven experience of operating iterative delivery techniques at scale.
  • Evidence of successfully managing financial plans.
  • Successful experience in developing and retaining critical talent and building an effective leadership team.
