About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Development team as a Lead Development Representative. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for ADP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming requests by guaranteeing eligibility for salespeople, ensuring allocations according to local rules, qualifying context, and booking meetings and transmission to salespeople.
- Guarantee the quality of leads and information sent to salespeople and work to KPIs and targets for activity.
Requirements:
- Awareness of the company's offers strategy and commercial strategy.
- Understanding of the sales/Sales Development teams, their activities, and territory distribution.
- Knowledge of operational marketing plans and campaigns.
- Qualification and lead criteria.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce CRM tool.
