**Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of Brewster House. This role involves managing staff, providing support, and encouraging professional growth.
About the Role:
As the successful candidate, you will create a nurturing environment for residents by upholding high standards of care and ensuring excellent levels of service. Your primary responsibilities include leading a team of dedicated caregivers, developing strategies to improve resident satisfaction, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care servicesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagementCollaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and improve efficiencyMonitor and maintain high standards of care and service qualityBenefits:
