**Job Description:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan that meets their requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also require a Full UK Driving License and your own reliable vehicle, as well as the ability to lift and move heavy objects (if required).

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.12 - 13.12 per hour, paid mileage and travel time, as well as comprehensive training and development opportunities.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £24,000 - £26,400 per annum (based on 30 hours per week)
