This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will be responsible for managing people systems, data accuracy, benefits administration, and compliance. You will oversee compliance and process management when establishing operations in new countries, ensuring seamless expansion and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with local labour laws, data privacy regulations, and organisational policies
  • Providing oversight and managing processes related to setting up operations in new countries, including compliance, local labour laws, and benefits
  • Managing and iterating the playbook for international expansion, ensuring smooth and compliant entry into new markets and existing ones
  • Overseeing all people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Continuously reviewing and improving people processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
  • Managing and maintaining HR systems, tools, and technology; identifying opportunities for new solutions to meet organisational needs
  • Collaborating with legal, compliance, and external partners to manage risk in global expansions and ensure regulatory adherence
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for people-related operational matters across all locations, both domestic and international

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of people operations, including process management, HR systems, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in managing international expansions and understanding of global labour laws
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills to manage complex operations across multiple regions
  • Strong analytical skills to assess processes and systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in HR technology and systems management
