About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Operations Manager to join our team at Loveday & Co. (UK) Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing the delivery of care services in our luxury care homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care operations, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing care staff, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
