Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
Job Description:
- To provide exceptional care and support to residents, working closely with our nursing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with daily tasks, including managing medications, providing meals, and maintaining resident comfort.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in healthcare or related field (e.g., RN, RGN, RMN).
- Experience in residential care settings, preferably with a focus on luxury services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
