  • **Fault Finding and Rectification:** Identify and resolve technical issues with building services and equipment.
  • **Contract Management Support:** Collaborate with the contract management and administration team to address day-to-day engineering and contract-related issues.
  • **Quality Control:** Conduct quality control checks on reactive and planned maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • **Communication and Teamwork:** Effectively communicate with clients, end-users, and other site team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • **Flexibility and Adaptability:** Demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours to meet client and business requirements.
  • **Emergency Response:** Respond promptly to emergency situations during both regular and out-of-hours working periods.
  • **Health and Safety:** Maintain accurate health and safety records and adhere to good practice guidelines.
  • **Additional Responsibilities:** Perform other duties as assigned by the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of contracts within the region.
Requirements:
