Infrastructure Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Management Specialist to join our team at Advance TRS. As an Infrastructure Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure of high-profile projects in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • You will manage and coordinate the activities of section, site, and assistant engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and generation of appropriate records.
  • You will maintain good working relationships with staff and the supply chain.
  • You will adopt and promote a cost-conscious attitude through efficient use of company resources.
  • You will support the agent as required in operating the cost management system, producing programmes, and QF preparation.
  • You will communicate with commercial staff to prepare all records for measurement and payment purposes promptly and appropriately.

About You:
  • You hold a Civil biased Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • You possess CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager certification.
  • You have completed SSSTS / SMSTS training.
  • You demonstrate successful experience and performance working on water treatment projects (Non-Infrastructure).

Requirements:
  • You have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are proficient in using relevant software applications.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum
