Job Overview

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dementia Companion. As a key member of our CQC Outstanding Home Instead CAREGiver team, you will play a vital role in delivering dementia support and home care in a client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for clients with dementia, providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care services, including medication management and personal care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-hour visits every time, with consistent working times and flexible hours based on your availability.
  • No experience needed, with full training provided.
  • Starting rate of £13.00ph, ranging up to £20.00ph, with opportunities for career advancement.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a Full UK Driving Licence is essential for all CAREGiver roles.
