We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team as a CAREGiver, providing dementia support and home care in Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.

As a CAREGiver, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their own homes, providing support with daily tasks and activities, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Caring for clients in their own homes, with a minimum of 1-hour visits each time.
  • Working consistent hours, with no waiting for a rota.
  • Providing flexible care services based on client needs and your availability.
  • Receiving full training and support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your role.
