Electrical Systems Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Matthew Olivers Ltd in Dudley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
About the Role:
- Installation and commissioning of equipment on customers' sites
- Service and repair of equipment, including fault diagnostics and preventative maintenance suggestions
- Conducting customer training sessions on equipment use and maintenance
- Demonstrating equipment and sample preparation, including determining customer requirements
- Providing technical support and information to customers via phone or email
Requirements:
- Educational background in electrical engineering or related field
- Experience with electrical systems, fault finding, and 3 phase installations
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical drawings/schematics
- Mechanical fault-finding skills
- Computer literacy and ability to log work and complete service reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermittent UK/Overseas travel may be required for planned installations
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
