Job Title: Liverpool Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Liverpool Electrician to join our team. As a Liverpool Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance within domestic properties managed by social housing associations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance within domestic properties managed by social housing associations.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize disruption to residents.
  • Collaborate with housing association staff and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing residents' concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including job sheets, inspection reports, and certification.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, focusing on domestic installations and repairs.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic electrical systems and wiring regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, residents, and colleagues.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Liverpool area.
