Job Description:
Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Children’s Social Worker to join our Fostering Team, who can provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable children and families. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families, and be committed to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:- Foster Carer Recruitment and Support: Identify, recruit, and support foster carers, ensuring they provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, and meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Placement Planning: Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement placement plans, ensuring the best interests of children are met.
- Supervision and Training: Provide regular supervision and training to foster carers, promoting continuous learning and development, and ensuring they meet all necessary standards and competencies.
- Qualifications: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, with a Diploma in social work or equivalent.
- Experience: Must have a Social Work qualification and relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of child care laws and regulations.
