Production Manager - Rebellion Unplugged

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Rebellion Unplugged, our Tabletop RPG and Boardgame division. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our games, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of games to market
  • Collaborate with the development team to maximize quality and cost efficiency
  • Oversee the quality control process, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of game production
  • Liaise with international printers and freight companies, negotiating good terms and managing print deadlines
  • Monitor stock holdings and advise on reprints, as well as liaise with our Rights Manager on co-edition printings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in board game production
  • Strong attention to detail, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Experience liaising with overseas and domestic suppliers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of budget necessities
  • Strong time management and scheduling ability
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and title management systems such as Consonance or Biblio
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize, work to multiple deadlines, and work well in a busy environment
  • Knowledge and passion for the board game and RPG industries
