Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team at Rullion Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and co-ordination of all Project Controls activities associated with the design, construction, and commissioning of all plant and construction systems to deliver 2 EPRs at SZC within safety, quality, time, and cost milestones for a specific area/scope of work.

  1. Develop and maintain schedules for each of the main programmes within the Sizewell C (SZC) Project.
  2. Ensure adherence to scheduling and project control standards across the project.
  3. Support cost control, risk and change management teams where appropriate.
  4. Provide intelligent information and analysis to support the production of monthly reports.
  5. Generate performance indicators and provide feedback on areas of risk and opportunities.
  6. Integrate schedules provided by contractors and suppliers.
  7. Support schedule management and reporting for the SZC project - including cost and earned value reporting and management.
  8. Provide ad hoc support to the wider SZC Project Controls function.
  9. Adhere to the current monthly Project Controls cycle and processes.

Requirements:

  1. Relevant experience within a project management or project control environment.
  2. Degree or equivalent suitable qualification/experience (Engineering/Project/Construction).
  3. Experience in major construction projects.
  4. Practical working knowledge of Earned Value, Scheduling and Project Control processes and tools.
  5. Strive for quality, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  6. Understanding of engineering design and licensing in a UK context ideally within a nuclear safety environment (desirable).
