Job Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced IT Project Engineer to join our team at Tailor Made Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of our cloud-based solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role, requiring a strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Azure, as well as a strong understanding of networking and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure and complex IT projects
  • Develop and support multiple internal and cloud-based infrastructures
  • Work closely with project managers, account managers, and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Utilize attention to detail to create procedural documentation for supporting colleagues
Requirements
  • Direct experience in Windows Server 2008R2 2022, Active Directory/GPO, Exchange/Office365, VMware ESXi 6.0-7.0, including vCentre, Citrix XenApp 7.15 LTSR and above, and NetScalers
  • Strong infrastructure skills and experience with Windows Server (Ideally 2008 R2 up to 2022) are non-negotiables
  • Previous ownership of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring all targets are met
  • Strong experience of working with internal and external teams to the most professional standards
