Siler City clinic is seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist Supervisor to lead our team of clinicians. As a key member of our organization, you will provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed and fully licensed clinicians and collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager to ensure continuity of services and staff engagement between clinics.

The salary for this position starts at $64,000, and employees who work 30 hours per week or more are eligible for El Futuro benefits. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in trauma-informed practices, experience working with diverse communities, and excellent consultation and assessment skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing county-specific outreach plans, partnering with Advancement and Communications to showcase clinic achievements, and participating in events to promote services.
