Shepherd Stubbs is a leading supplier of non-mechanical construction products, offering a dynamic and supportive working environment. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a fast-paced office team, providing a prompt and efficient service to customers. You will be responsible for maximising all revenue opportunities, administering associated paperwork, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
  2. Deal with telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries; orders from customers and provide accurate information as required
  3. Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and adherence to procedures for hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, and asset administration
  4. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure equipment required for hire is available
  5. Co-ordinate drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers efficiently and on time
  6. Ensure all deadlines are met in relation to reporting of information
  7. Work within the Health & Safety Policy of the Company to ensure safe working practices
  8. Full Driving Licence required
