Job Description

Job Title: Agile User Experience Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Agile User Experience Designer to join our team at Direct Staffing Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, with experience in creating information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet the company's design standards.
  • Test designs with users to ensure they meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to ensure that the developed screens match the designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with other designers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ to 5 years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, industry trends, and great approaches to solve problems.
  • Ability to effectively present design ideas and recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (proficiency a plus).
