Talent Wing is seeking a skilled Event Sponsorship Growth Manager to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship deals for various events.

With a passion for connecting brands with exciting event opportunities, Talent Wing specialises in creating insightful events that empower businesses to forge meaningful connections.

The estimated salary for this role is £45K - £60K + uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £80K+.

  • Research potential sponsorship opportunities to identify new business leads.
  • BUILD strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase value and drive sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure revenue growth.
