Learning Support Practitioner Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learning Support Practitioner to provide essential support and tuition to learners with identified learning difficulties or disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver targeted support and tuition to learners with SEN to enhance their academic performance and life skills.

* Ensure learners are prepared for exams, assessments, and post-education opportunities such as employment or higher education.

* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each learner or group, promoting inclusive learning.

**Requirements**

* Level 3 specialist SEN qualification (or working towards it) or equivalent.

* A full teaching qualification (or working towards it).

* A valid Enhanced DBS check with inclusion on the Adults Barred List.
