Woop ltd is seeking a talented Pre-Sales Engineer to join its Manchester-based team. As a pioneering vendor in the Audio-Visual industry, we offer a dynamic and engaging work environment with excellent progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical drawings and advice using SketchUp and other associated tools.
  • Assist with commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repairs across Europe.
  • Offer technical support to field queries and address client needs.
  • Participate in trade show preparation and setup within Europe.
  • Collaborate with technical support and sales teams for positive outcomes.
  • Support customer demonstrations and technical evaluations.
  • Stay updated on developments in the AV industry.
  • Liaise with HQ R&D and product teams to stay current with product advancements.
  • Maintain the service database post customer interaction.
  • Assist consultants with technical specifications and queries.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and network interfacing.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings and providing expert advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Relevant technical qualifications preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the AV industry.
  • Proficiency in Google SketchUp, with experience in other CAD tools being beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Mobility Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel freely within the EU.
