Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients, supporting them with their daily needs and activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to clients, supporting them with their daily needs and activities
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mealtime, including preparing and serving meals
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months' previous paid experience working in a care or nursing home in the UK within the last year
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
