Social Care Coordinator

Greatersport is seeking a skilled Social Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing social care services, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering person-centred support. They will be able to work independently, as well as part of a small team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are offering a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a 5% pension contribution, 28 days annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social care services to individuals and groups
- Build strong relationships with service users and stakeholders
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
