Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead System Designer to join our team and help drive the development of our upcoming AAA Battle Royale game, Off The Grid. As a key member of our systems design team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and managing game systems such as ranking, player leveling, and marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of systems designers in creating and implementing game systems
  • Collaborate with the Design Director and other stakeholders to drive the development of prototypes for new game features
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and improving the systems design process across teams
  • Conduct quality checks and review ongoing development to ensure high standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in game systems design with at least one shipped AAA title
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and create detailed project documentation
  • Passion for game systems design and the ability to effectively share knowledge with team members
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine Editor
  • Experience in user testing and analyzing player feedback to drive iterative design improvements
