Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead System Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our upcoming AAA Battle Royale game, Off The Grid. As a key member of our systems design team, you'll be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing game systems that drive player engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of systems designers in designing and implementing game systems, including ranking, player leveling, and marketplace.
  • Collaborate with the Design Director and other stakeholders to drive the development of prototypes for new game features.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and improving the systems design process across teams.
  • Conduct quality checks and review ongoing development to ensure high standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in game systems design with at least one shipped AAA title.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and create detailed project documentation.
  • Passion for game systems design and the ability to effectively share knowledge with team members.
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine Editor.
  • Experience in user testing and analyzing player feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
