We're seeking an ESG Data Strategist to join our team at Silverstone. As a key member of our sustainability team, you'll be responsible for tracking and managing our ESG targets, producing internal and external sustainability reports, and researching best practices within the sport and leisure industry.

You'll work closely with our Head of Business Sustainability to identify common thematic challenges across our venue operations teams and coordinate tools, tracking mechanisms, and resources to support improvement. Your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving will be invaluable in helping us develop a comprehensive carbon reporting process.

A strong background in sustainability or a related field is essential, as is experience with data analysis and reporting software. You should be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of two years' experience in delivering operational strategic changes and/or developing strategic sustainability solutions is required.

In exchange for your skills and expertise, we offer a salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
