Job Description

Hermès is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce & Merchandising Supervisor to join our team in London. As a key member of our retail function, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and optimizing product offerings across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets in collaboration with Retail, Training, Customer Service, and Europe Region teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective product placement and optimize store displays.
  • Work closely with the Retail Merchandising Director to update sales forecasts and propose buying strategies.
  • Place orders for the Ecommerce local platform, considering store offerings and implementing an omnichannel approach.
  • Develop and maintain easy-to-use tools for Podium, Preview, Reorder, and Push offers, ensuring control over delivery, stock levels, and sales.
  • Update PSI and assortments as needed, proposing adjustments based on sales data and Retail/Warehouse constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Demand and Supply Planner to ensure successful product launches, and work with the Training team, Visual Merchandiser, Ecommerce, and Communications teams to optimize product visibility and store displays.
  • Contribute to the definition of a 360-degree animation plan to engage sales teams and increase sales on targeted Métiers.
  • Optimize stock movement throughout the business to reduce financial losses.
  • Participate in regular market visits with Métiers, in close collaboration with the Retail Director.
