About the Role

Fuel Card Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team in North Leeds. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating business by cold calling new customers and consulting them on the benefits of our Fuel Cards and additional products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market, and plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
  • Sales Calls: Make 80 outbound sales calls and achieve a total call time of 90 minutes per day, maintaining a high quality of service and increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required to support the Sales Team and contribute to the growth of Fuel Card Services.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Enthusiastic and an excellent communicator with a willingness to learn about call techniques, our products, and services.
  • Customer Focus: Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses, with a desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner.
  • Previous Experience: Previous sales experience preferred but not essential, with the confidence to cold call new customers and the resilience and drive to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A good level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to log information on calls and update customer records accurately.
