As a leading plumbing contractor, they work alongside prominent housebuilders on projects in London and the surrounding areas. This role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems within new build projects, ensuring that any issues raised by customers post-handover are resolved promptly and efficiently.

This position requires a strong background in plumbing and heating systems, with excellent fault-finding skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical systems and demonstrate a high level of problem-solving ability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults, particularly within plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems in newly built properties. They will also carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on mechanical systems, including boilers, radiators, underfloor heating, pipework, and associated plumbing infrastructure. In addition, they will ensure that all work is carried out to industry standards and complies with health & safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults within plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance tasks on mechanical systems
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and health & safety regulations

The salary for this role is up to £40k + package, which includes a van, mobile phone, and company expenses.
