Nursery Room Leader - Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for children, supporting their development, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to a team of nursery staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive activities for children in accordance with the EYFS framework, promoting their holistic development.
  • Cultivate positive connections with children, families, and colleagues, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting children's individual learning journeys.
  • Work closely with parents and caregivers to understand and support the developmental needs of each child, fostering a strong home-nursery partnership.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood development.
  • Proven experience in a childcare setting, with leadership or supervisory experience being advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application in early childhood settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both children and adults.
