Room Leader Opportunity at Bright Horizons

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our Under 2s room at Bright Horizons Surbiton Ewell Road Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our young children.

About the Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of Early Years professionals to provide high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
  • Contribute to the overall success of the nursery by participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
