Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree-level qualification (e.g., Level 3/4) in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the adult care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support principles.
  • UK manual driving licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Management or supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including training opportunities and competitive pay.
