About the Role

NARS is a leading beauty brand that inspires self-expression and creativity. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our unique portfolio of beauty brands to our customers on counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a business, coaching and developing a team to embody the NARS way
  • Leverage our portfolio of beauty brands across all 3 categories
  • Stay agile and capture new retail opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with Area Manager on business performance
  • Drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
