Financial Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to support the financial operations of our Gaming Digital Division in the UK and US. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial success of our business and play a key role in our growth strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Key responsibilities will include producing financial statements, providing management reporting, and supporting the preparation of annual statutory accounts. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operating System.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our Gaming Digital Division, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our financial and non-financial stakeholders. They will also have the chance to contribute to the development of our financial operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and technology, as well as a strong understanding of modern management information systems and their applications. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Produce financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, management accounts, variance analysis, and commentaries for UK and US entities.
  • Provide management reporting for decision-making, including project appraisals and post-implementation analysis.
  • Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and ensure accurate VAT calculation and submission.
  • Manage intercompany transaction reporting and reconciliations for UK and US entities.
  • Oversee and manage Junior Finance Assistant(s), including performance management and day-to-day communication.
