Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all Looked After Children statutory requirements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough single assessments and ensure that care plans are completed, meeting the needs of young people.
  • Manage a complex caseload, engaging in direct work with children, young people, parents, carers, and multi-agency partners.
  • Deliver holistic packages of care and support for children in care, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of complex caseload management.
  • A Diploma/Degree in Social Work, with registration with Social Work England.
  • Evidence of working with a complex caseload within a 'Looked After Children' team or similar.
