Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Software Evaluation Manager to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our test team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical systems software.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the test team, driving the evaluation and delivery of clinical systems software.
  • Develop and implement effective evaluation methodologies, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
  • Manage the evaluation process, overseeing the testing and validation of clinical systems software.
  • Lead and motivate a team of evaluators, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of clinical systems software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computing, or a science subject, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Extensive leadership and management experience in a software evaluation environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with clinical system software development, including testing and validation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
